You CAN do a clean install with your Action Pack Vista upgrade DVD *

In installing my Action Pack Vista Upgrade DVD, I wanted to know if I could do a clean install using the upgrade disk. I wiped my hard drive clean and stuck the DVD in and booted.

Repair scratches on CD and DVD

If you have a CD or DVD that is unreadable, try these:

1. Try reading it in another drive.
2. Try Roadkils Unstoppable Copier, free software which repeatedly tries to copy files which seem uncopyable.
3. Try IsoBuster, free software which tries several tricks to read CDs or DVDs.
4. Call your local Hollywood Video store to ask if they have a machine to polish the CD or DVD.
